Training Log
Bike trainer
Time: 30 minutes

Food Log
Breakfast: bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, coffee
Snack: Kashi dark chocolate cherry granola bar
Lunch: leftover spaghetti with a spinach and mushroom salad, with light ranch dressing
Snack: small piece of cake and M&M's at an office baby shower (the cake was so good!)
Dinner: 4 slices Pizza Hut thin crust pizza w/ black olives and red onions
Dessert: vanilla yogurt with granola

When is the Derby marathon? Do you want to do Seabrook Lucky Trail in March? March 20 and 21, 2010.

I will do the half - they have two Challenges:

Pelican Challenge: half marathon on both Saturday and Sunday

Trail Challenge: half Saturday, full Sunday

No way would I do the Trail challenge, but maybe the Pelican!
