I decided to take my bike out for a spin this afternoon, as the weather has been absolutely beautiful today. I haven't ridden on the road in about two weeks, and I could definitely feel it. I wanted to get in a nice and easy ride to flush out any built-up lactic acid in my legs and to stretch out a little bit. Tomorrow will be a rest day, and I am looking forward to it!
